All purchases made through the LiPuma Law Associates, LLC website are secure, and handled by Golden Services of Utah, LLC. LiPuma Law Associates, LLC does not store or gather credit card information through this website. We do use SSL technology to help protect your information as it is accepted. However, even SSL technology is not absolutely secure. Paying for any services in an “open” environment increases your risk of online theft, including at wi-fi hotspots or shared networks. LiPuma Law Associates, LLC shall not be responsible for any theft of your personal information. Payments made for legal services and products are subject to your individual engagement agreement.
Client Information
As a law firm, LiPuma Law Associates, LLC is required under the Colorado Rules of Professional Conduct to keep our clients’ information confidential. If you are a current or past client, your information will remain private except in certain circumstances. As legal professionals, your information may be disclosed under the following circumstances:
- if we have knowledge of elder or child abuse;
- if we have knowledge that you intent to commit a crime; and/or,
